The Cake Show 2010

I am pleased to announce that I am once again submitting a cake to Bonnie Gordons annual Cake Show. This year, Bonnie has added a mystery cake competition that I will be participating in. I am excited to be competing against some extremely talented designers, Beth Appleton (whos amazing cake won the competition last year) and Wendy Smith (who I had the pleasure of working with when we both studied at Bonnies) I am honored and excited to be in their company! A few new cakes

Its been a busy week juggling cake orders and meeting new clients, but we are getting very excited for the upcoming wedding season. I am so please to find that todays brides are thinking outside the box and wanting to create a cake that is as unique as they are. We are also getting ready for the cake tasting at the end of the month, we are pretty full but if you are still interested send us an email!
